Who was there? Me, Craig (the only two kayakers), Jason (main photographer), Diana (secondary photographer / videographer), Brad (injured safety man)

Oh yeah baby....running past the little rock garden about to go down the little chute into the huge waves.   Remember that big water I was just talking about?   About to go down yet another little drop....   ..and then here's the result.   Turn! Turn! Avoid the big rock. Turn!   <Phew>   Run #3...the drop.   Ready. For. The....   SPLOOSH!!! nice.   Preparing to surf the big guys....   Uh oh....bracing the wrong way...shit...going under   Well that was easy....and I'm up once again. Thanks to my trusty eskimo roll. This marked my 4th "combat" roll (being able to roll (or right myself) when I get involuntarily flipped upside down)).   Coming off of a huge wave that I was surfing.   Preparing to quickly run the rest of the river so that we can all go home and play some music.
